JOB DETAILS:
Our client is one of the leading FMCG Company in Kenya. They seek to hire a Medical Representative to liaise with Healthcare Professionals and push sales of one of their brands. .

  Job Responsibilities:
• Planning, developing and coordinating with relevant persons to implement the product Training and Congress plan.
• Planning and execution of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) training events as per set plans and brand guidelines
• Delivering effective brand communications as per the brand guidelines
• Effective distribution of marketing materials amongst HCPs and within the pharmacy channel
• Attend medical congresses and actively engage with HCPs to transfer belief in the brand, influence perceptions and build rapport
• Recruiting and managing existing customers within the pharmacy channel.
• Market products to prospective and existing customers by conducting CMEs at their work places
• Make follow-up on trained intermediaries to ensure growth in product recommendation, listing and stocking
• Effective use of marketing materials to ensure increased customer loyalty in pharmacy channel
• Liaise with distributors to ensure availability of products in the pharmacy channel

  Job Qualifications:
• First degree in biological sciences or diploma in medical laboratory, pharmaceutical technology or nursing.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals industry will be an added advantage
• Computer literate
• In depth knowledge of the market and the changing environment
• Hold a valid driving license and actively driving is an added advantage
