Job Summary
• Our client is a leading steel fabrication firm that specializes in the design, fabrication, and erection of structural steel works in Eastern and Central Africa. They are looking to recruit a reliable and a qualified candidate to fill in the Technical & Sales Marketer position

Roles and responsibilities
• Research for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximise client potential in designated regions
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Contributing to marketing strategies by researching market trends and associated technologies
• Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
• Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
• Coordinating sales projects
• Answering client queries and providing technical product support

Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering
• 4-5 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing
• Prior experience in manufacturing and construction fields.
• Additional degree in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Able to work well in a team

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
