JOB DETAILS:
Introduction
The role will provide support to manage sourcing activities especially for process and utilities.

Specification
• Regular reporting on spend vs budget
• Ensuring all vendor creation documentation is updated and completed, properly stored for easy retrieval
• Supporting supplier identification prior to tender
• Liaising with logistics team on importation process for overseas purchases
• Ensuring all POs are done.

Requirements
• Degree in procurement/logistics
• Basic knowledge in procurement processes including international logistics
• Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint
