 Personal Assistant job at Fanisi HR Solutions Our client seeks to hire a Personal Assistant for the Director. The individual will provide administrative and operational support to the Director and Directors's office.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate the Director’s activities at work and partly at home
• Drive children to school and extracurricular activities
• Manage the director’s diary and calendar
• Ensure meetings and tasks are scheduled efficiently
• Coordinate the director’s activities to ensure all work goals are achieved
• Plan for assigned school drop-offs
• Accompany the director’s children to extracurricular activities
• Drive assigned vehicles for deliveries
• Attend client meetings
• Any other duties as may be assigned, consistently with the director's office

Required Specifications
• At least 2 years of experience driving around Nairobi
• Able to accompany children to activities including swimming
• Has client management experience
• Mature, reliable and able to make decisions
• Able to work odd hours late often
• Excellent planning, organisation and coordination skills
• Able to work efficiently under pressure
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration/management, events management or any relevant and related field
• Proactive, resourceful and able to solve problems and provide solutions
• Possess outstanding communication skills(both oral and written).

Nail Technician

Our client, a high-end beauty salon in Nairobi, is looking for a Nail Technician. The candidate will provide high-quality manicure and pedicure services.
Pay is commission based

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform consultations and suggest services to clients
• Provide high-quality manicures and pedicures, which include removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish based on clients’ preferences
• Apply acrylic nails
• Recommend various nail designs, polish colours and nail art to clients
• Evaluate the condition of clients’ nails and advise them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments
• Sanitize all nail instruments and equipment before each use
• Ensure that nail and massage supplies are adequately stocked
• Provide quality hand and foot massages
• Maintain a clean workstation.

Required Specifications
• At least 6 months of experience working as a nail technician
• Knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques
• Creative and innovative
• Able to fluently communicate in English and Kiswahili
• Keen and able to keep up with the latest nail trends in the industry

Duties and responsibilities
• Develop brand awareness and online reputation
• Execute digital marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on Social Media (Instagram, Facebook etc )
• Take photos and videos and post them on social media platforms
