Introduction to Aspire Future Leaders Programme

  • Aspire Future Leaders Programme is a fast-track eighteen months job rotation, which serves as a catalyst for career development.  It is designed to offer core professional skills through project-based learning, mentorship and exposure to processes and systems. 
  • The components of the programme have been weaved together such that our trainees emerge with valuable insights, the 'know-how' to deliver, and confidence to make meaningful decisions pertaining to their future careers.
  • The programme includes global exposure, mentorship, leadership networking opportunities and customized learning and development opportunities.  
  • We invite applicants from Kenya and Uganda to join this exciting program, offering a clear career pathway for growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • The rotation programme will help to gain functional expertise. They will be working on assigned projects in their departments of rotation. These may include:
  • Reviewing global HR processes and systems to identify business needs for developing and managing human capital.
  • Facilitating executive search by conducting market research, talent mapping and industry analysis to identify potential candidates.
  • Learning data analytics strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality to leverage past trends and behaviors for making better future decisions.
  • Managing global engagements by onboarding and orienting incoming international interns, coordinating their onsite experience, supporting their professional development curriculum, managing social media channels, and maintaining programme databases and reports.

 Requirements

  • Eligible students must have recently completed Master’s Degree Programme
  • Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance.
  • Applicants must be residing or have permission to work in the country of application
