Human Resources Specialist

Dahua Technology is a leading provider of security solutions, committed to innovation and excellence. We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing human resources functions, fostering employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Labor Relations & Compliance

  • Lead or assist in negotiations and administration of employee benefits and labor agreements.
  • Provide guidance on labor contract interpretation and compliance.

Recruitment & Talent Management:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR programs, including workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Foster positive employee relations and engagement initiatives.

HR Administration & Payroll:

  • Maintain and manage data within the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry standards, and internal HR policies.

Training & Development:

  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs.
  • Implement leadership assessments and total rewards programs to enhance employee experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR, with expertise in benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruitment, and public relations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR software.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of employment laws, benefits administration, and government regulations.
