Job requirements;
1.Must be registered with KMLTTB andpossess a valid practising licence
2.Must have a degree or diploma in medical laboratory sciences.
3.Been in active employment at a medical facilityin the last 2 years.
4.Having served as an in charge is an added advantage.
5.Must be 30years and above.

Duties and responsibilities
a.Responsible for management of laboratory consumables
b.Link between management and laboratorystaff
c.Management of laboratory staff through staff mapping.
d.Coordinating availability of blood products
e.Engaging engineers and biomed staff on laboratory equipments servicing and maintenance.
f.Facilitation of patient turnaround time on tests.
g.Give a comprehensive report and proposal in regard to department operations, action plans to management.
h.Advising management on new machines and tests on need basis.
i.Any other administrative role assigned by management.
