JOB DETAILS:
General Manager, Marketing & Business Development
Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) was established in 1991 under the KAA Act to provide facilitative infrastructure for aviation services in Kenya.

Guided by its mandate, the Authority is seeking to recruit a results oriented, dynamic and transformational General Manager, Marketing & Business Development.
Reporting to the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager, Marketing & Business Development is responsible for developing and driving marketing and business development strategies to enhance business growth, improve customer service and brand value in line with the Authority's Strategic Plan.

Additional responsibilities include, management of corporate communication, market intelligence including analyzing global market trends in aviation, developing and executing marketing campaigns, product development and promotion of corporate social responsibility, public relations and sponsorships.
This is a highly commercial role that is vital to driving the Authority's commercial agenda forward and therefore requires an incumbent with a strong commercial orientation.
